If you have propane or natural gas powered equipment including heaters on your jobsite in Ontario, you will need to have an individual who has received Propane and/or N.G. Awareness Training and has a current Record of Training Certificate (R.O.T.C).
If it is heater training that you are in need of, SMS Rents can assist you in getting the necessary training which is required for handling propane and/or natural gas heaters up to 400,000 BTUs. Contact your local SMS Rents Sales Representative for more information regarding any R.O.T. courses that you may need. Remember, contractors in Ontario without the proper certification may be liable and can be charged and/or fined.
